Costa Mesa

Our home base of operations. We offer the fastest response times for residents and businesses in Mesa Verde, South Coast Metro, and the Eastside.

Huntington Beach

Comprehensive mobile services covering Downtown, the Pier area, Huntington Harbour, and Bolsa Chica for all document types.

Newport Beach

Serving Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, Newport Coast, and the Harbor area with discreet, professional on-site notarizations.

Irvine

Travel fees are charged in addition to per-signature and service fees, and are based on driving distance from our Costa Mesa base to the service address. Tolls, paid parking, and ferry charges are passed through at cost. 

Distances over 20 miles or destinations outside Orange County are quoted individually based on time, traffic, and tolls. Travel fees are payable whether or not the signing is completed (e.g., signer not present, expired ID, refusal to sign).

​Payment Terms & Policies

  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, cash, debit or credit card, and business check (loan signing companies on net-30 terms by prior agreement).

  • Payment is due at the time of service for individual clients.

  • Signing services and law firms may be invoiced.

  • Cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment, or no-shows, will be billed the travel fee plus a $40 cancellation charge.

  • Re-signing due to notary error or omission is performed at no additional charge.
